International Exchange 2026 Yashio: Let's Build Together, One World

About this event

Set at Yashio City Hall, the event 'International Exchange 2026 Yashio: Let's Build Together, One World' will be held, where you can see, hear, taste, and enjoy cultures from various countries. It is a day of multicultural exchange with free admission, featuring ninja and shuriken experiences, Ukrainian culture, traditional musical instrument experiences, and global flavors. Workshops are planned to include Japanese play experiences themed around ninja and shuriken, workshops introducing Ukrainian traditions, balloon art, and origami. On stage, an opening concert, multicultural talk sessions, traditional musical instrument experiences, folk dances, and more will be held. In addition, the project 'Let's Learn Rock-Paper-Scissors Around the World!' allows participants to discover differences and commonalities with the world through familiar games. Gourmet booths selling multinational dishes and items from various countries will be set up at the venue, along with a 'World Quiz Rally' offering prizes to participants, a country introduction corner, and a Yashio City introduction corner. While eating, playing, and talking, it is an event where new encounters are born, making previously unfamiliar countries feel a little closer.
