"Eco Festa Hiki in Hatoyama," held in Hatoyama Town, Saitama Prefecture, is an event celebrating community building through activities in nature-rich satoyama countryside. The venue is located along the Hatoyama New Town Central Greenway in front of Kawasemi House, taking place from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The event is packed with bargains, including panel exhibits introducing activities in the Kumai Forest, a residents' association bazaar, handmade crafts, flower seedlings, secondhand books, and recycled goods. Furthermore, the "Mottainai Bazaar," where anyone can freely set up a stall as long as they have the space of a single blue tarp, will be held with a low stall fee of 400 yen. Stall applicants are also continuously welcome, creating a vibrant day led by local residents aiming for environmental conservation and regional revitalization.
