'Ichikawa Gourmet Marche' is an event that promotes health by deliciously enjoying seasonal vegetables and fruits, and nurtures the soul by decorating with seasonal flowers. Fresh produce and flowers from all over Japan gather at the market, sharing the appeal of ingredients, delicious ways to eat them, and ideas for flower arrangement and decoration. Specialty processed foods, such as jams crafted with care by producers and pickles made from non-standard vegetables, will also be on display. Programs include easy-to-display flower styling proposals by floral professionals, guidance on choosing and cooking delicious vegetables and fruits by vegetable sommeliers, and a 'Vegetable Sommelier Mini Seminar' exclusively for visitors. Kitchen cars offering prideful original dishes made with local ingredients will also open, allowing you to enjoy a picnic atmosphere under the blue sky.
