Matsudo Ramen Festival 2026, where you can savor the charms of the ramen town of Matsudo in a single day, will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, on the Matsudo Station West Exit Deck and in Matsudo West Exit Park. Six popular shops will gather in Matsudo City, which attracts many ramen fans from both inside and outside the city, serving their specialty bowls: Tonikaku for mazesoba, Kajinoha for salt ramen, Nagahama Ramen Fukufuku for tonkotsu ramen, 13 Tanmen for soy sauce ramen, Gyoza to Osake Life is Good for tantanmen, and Taisho for niboshi mazesoba. At the venue, visitors will purchase a ramen ticket for 1,000 yen per bowl and exchange it for ramen at each stall in West Exit Park. Tickets are sold for cash only. In addition, various stage events related to ramen will be held on the West Exit Deck. A lecture titled The History of Matsudo Ramen by Kazuyuki Matsui, the owner of 13 Tanmen, will take place from 11:00, followed by a talk show on the charms of Matsudo ramen by ramen YouTuber Mamin at 12:00. Furthermore, a hot water straining challenge using sample noodles will be held at 13:00, and Aim to be a Ramen Master, a ramen quiz and chashu tasting comparison event for elementary school students, will be held at 14:00. Visitors can also vote for their favorite ramen, with the results announced at 15:00. Ramen tickets will be sold until 15:30, and the event runs until 16:00. The event will proceed in rainy weather and will be cancelled in severe weather.
