'Shinagawa Citizens' Festival 2026' is a fun community festival of encounters and interactions, featuring a wide variety of elaborate events tailored to each neighborhood across 16 venues in Shinagawa Ward. Enjoy Bon Odori dancing in yukata, savor delicious food at stalls, and enjoy game corners and stage presentations—content designed for the whole family to fully experience the extraordinary festive excitement. Each venue features performance stages, food stalls, Bon Odori dances, children's corners, and more, serving as a venue to deepen interaction among local residents. For example, in the Ebara 3rd District, stalls and Bon Odori will be held at Kyoyo Elementary School and Hirasan Square, along with simultaneous disaster preparedness training. At Shinagawa Gakuen, visitors can enjoy performance stages, stalls, Bon Odori, and children's corners. At Tenmyokoku-ji Temple, in addition to Bon Odori and stalls, a children's corner will be set up at the Jonan Elementary School Gymnasium where visitors can enjoy target shooting, Molkky, ring toss, and more. Organized by each regional center, it is beloved as a warm festival rooted in the local community.
