Set throughout the entire town of Higashi-Nakano, this is a one-of-a-kind real mystery-solving event appearing on Halloween night, where participants themselves become detectives, gathering testimonies and deducing while chasing an ever-changing case minute by minute. Aiming for regional revitalization, restoration of bonds between people, and a pure reasoning experience, here lies a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience that can never be tasted anywhere else. In a completely original new work reconstructed with the motif of Sherlock Holmes's untold case "The Giant Rat of Sumatra", participants will challenge unprecedented tricks and an unexpected real culprit, testing whether they can see through to the truth. On the day of the event, a Halloween-exclusive real-time story unfolds, where participants' actions influence the narrative. You are free to enjoy it however you like—whether adventuring across the entire town or focusing on the mystery and chasing clues alone. This year's participating stores also include shops making their final appearance due to the impact of the Moon Road Shopping Street redevelopment, making it a night to engrave the "now" of Higashi-Nakano into memory.
