About this event
A human comedy set in 'Sind★bad,' a long-established host club in Tokyo's Arakawa Ward with a history spanning over 70 years. It depicts how hosts of a wide range of ages, from their 20s to 70s, navigate the Reiwa era. Members of the Manzai Association Theater Troupe will perform with full energy under writer and director Kiichi Kawada (BOOMER). The performance will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Nippori Sunny Hall, presented in two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Each part has a performance time of 100 minutes with no intermission. The cast consists of the Manzai Association Theater Troupe, with double casting for some roles, allowing audiences to enjoy different comedic nuances as the characters change even within the same play. Tickets are 3,500 yen for advance tickets and 4,000 yen for same-day tickets. Advance ticket sales begin on June 26 at Machiya Culture Center, Confetti, and the ACC ticket purchase website. Organized by the Manzai Association, co-organized by ACC (Arakawa City Arts and Culture Promotion Foundation) and Arakawa City.
