Held at Toyotama Sakura Park in Nerima-ku, Tokyo, "The 14th Water Festival" is a summer event where parents and children can enjoy water play together. At the end of the event, the traditional loach-catching activity will take place, creating fond summer vacation memories for children. Various activities are prepared for children to enjoy, such as water games, target shooting, jelly scooping, and sensory play. Hosted by the "Park Creation Society," the event aims to foster local community building centered around the park. It provides an environment where children can play freely and naturally while deepening interactions among local residents.
