About this event

"Tsutsujigaoka Shopping Street Happy Halloween 2026" is a fun Halloween-themed event aimed at children aged 2 through elementary school and their guardians. In the event, while learning the original meaning of Halloween, participants can enjoy simple English games, songs, and dances. After these activities, children can walk around the shopping district and enthusiastically call out "Trick or Treat!" at designated shops to receive wonderful souvenirs. The content is designed so that even children who are not comfortable with English can participate with peace of mind. The event will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, rain or shine (cancelled in severe weather), with 5 sessions held every 30 minutes from 14:00 to 16:00. Each session is limited to 30 participants, with a total limit of 150 participants selected by lottery. Reception and the game venue will be at the Asuka Culture School 1F Studio. Participants apply via the QR code on posters displayed at Tsutsujigaoka Shopping Street member shops, and lottery results will be notified by email. Wearing costumes is encouraged, and there will also be opportunities to capture memories of the event in photos and videos. Personal information regarding the event will not be used for purposes other than this event.
