About this event
"Nebukuro Cinema," originating in the "Film Town Chofu," will be held in Chofu for the first time in three years. It will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the Chofu Station Square in front of Building B of "Trie Keio Chofu" (in front of Bic Camera). Doors open at 4:00 PM, and screening runs from 6:00 PM to 8:05 PM. The screening film is "How to Train Your Dragon" (2025 release, Japanese dubbed version with Japanese subtitles). Admission is free, with a capacity of approximately 500 people (first-come, first-served). No advance registration is required; simply gather at the venue on the day. As the ground is asphalt, having picnic sheets, cushions, or similar items will allow you to spend your time comfortably. Chairs are permitted only in the rearmost section of the area. The use of tents is prohibited. In case of rain or stormy weather, it will be postponed to the following day, Sunday, November 1. Due to the bright location in front of the station, dark scenes may be difficult to see, but please join with your understanding.
