Koganei Beer Festival 2026

For 3 days from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13, 2026, "Koganei Beer Festival 2026" will be held at Festival Court, about a 1-minute walk from the nonowa Exit of JR Musashi-Koganei Station. Featuring Koganei City's first craft beer brewery, "Chuo Line Beer Works," 11 beer vendors operating mainly in the Tama area and 4 restaurants from Koganei City will gather to offer unique local gourmet dishes. The main appeal of this event is enjoying distinctive craft beers and popular local food that pairs perfectly with beer all at once. In addition, "Shima Brewery" from Shima City, Mie Prefecture, will participate as a special guest vendor. Environmentally friendly reusable cups will be sold, and a digital stamp rally with prize giveaways for visiting shops in the venue will also be conducted. At the JR East booth, which children can also enjoy, visitors can take commemorative photos in a mockup of a Chuo Line Rapid train bearing a commemorative headmark of Musashi-Koganei Station, and try out a train conductor microphone. Original event merchandise featuring illustrations depicting the bustling atmosphere of Koganei will also be on sale.
