This event features 'Bunji Hotaru Hocchi,' the official mascot character of Kokubunji City. 'Bunji Hotaru Hocchi' was created inspired by the water, greenery, and light of Kokubunji City, themed after a new species of firefly that continues to shine eternally alongside the city. At this event, Hocchi will participate in activities at various locations to promote the charms of Kokubunji City.
