Nannan Festa 2026

About this event

"Nannan Festa 2026" is a cultural festival for both children and adults. A wide variety of events are prepared, including stalls and games for children, circle activity exhibitions and presentations for adults to enjoy, and the distribution of recycled books. Held through the cooperation of community groups and local residents using the Shonan Community Center, the event marks its 34th year. This year's theme is "Expand Possibilities! Find Companions!" In the exhibition section, community groups will introduce their activities and showcase their everyday achievements. In the performance section, there will be presentations such as musical and vocal performances. At the Nanbu Gymnasium, visitors can enjoy performances by the Kaimei Elementary School Brass Band, rideable mini steam locomotives (free), and a children's play park. Recycled books will also be distributed at the Nanbu Library. On the 13th, "Disaster Pack Cooking" for elementary, junior high, and high school students will be held (advance registration required). Coffee shop service and food sales are also planned at the community center.
