Tomi Ten Scenic Views Festa '26, organized by the Association for Thinking About the Scenery of Tomi City, is an event aimed at preserving and creating the beautiful scenery of Tomi City. To widely introduce the 'Tomi Ten Scenic Views' selected in 2016 (Heisei 28) to citizens, the venue will feature calligraphy panels related to the ten views, landscape photographs, haiku and tanka poems, seal engraving carvings, activity introductions of the Okawa Firefly Preservation Society, and report exhibitions from the Scenery Association. In addition, there will be a calligraphy performance by calligrapher Baku Takahashi (from 13:30), a giveaway of original Tomi Ten Views cookies (limited quantity) for stamp (sticker) rally participants, and an exciting grand raffle to win luxurious prizes and original goods. Furthermore, visitors can enjoy matcha green tea served with dry sweets by the Urasenke Izumi-kai, a wooden building-block event for children by the Nagano Association of Architects Kamichi Branch, and a seismic model demonstration. Food trucks will also be present on the day, offering content that can be enjoyed with family and friends all day long. Admission is free.
