About this event
At the "Sanada no Sato Grand Harvest Festival: 32nd Shin-Soba Festival" held in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, you can taste freshly made new soba using freshly harvested buckwheat flour from local Sanada. In particular, mori soba will be served in a limited quantity of 500 meals. At the venue, an "Open-Air Market" selling local agricultural produce and processed foods by Sanada regional activity groups will also be held simultaneously, making it an event where you can enjoy the blessings of the region.
