Taking "hyva," the Finnish word for "comfort," as its theme, "UEDA hyva FESTIVAL 2026" will be held at Shinshu International Music Village in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. Based on the concept of "A festival to go and rest, just for myself," it offers a new style of festival to relax your mind and body rather than get overly hyped up. Highlights include live jazz and classical music harmonizing with nature, a tent sauna experience supervised by the Shinshu Sauna Alliance, and a market featuring healthy food, drinks, and craft items. Yoga, meditation, and well-being talk sessions will also be held, encouraging attendees to create time to "do nothing" for themselves. You can spend a fulfilling holiday for your mind and body through diverse content including music, saunas, markets, workshops, and food trucks.
