An exhibition commemorating the 85th anniversary of "Tom and Jerry," the slapstick comedy created in 1940 by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera and loved across generations, will be held at Inoue i-City 21 in Yamagata Village, Nagano Prefecture. In this exhibition, tracing the history of Tom and Jerry from their debut work in 1940 to their latest releases, visitors can enjoy the daily life of the two characters through experiential exhibits, unique art objects, and photo spots. The relationship between the two and their unique friends are also introduced, offering hints on how to turn everyday life into laughter. At the venue, a wide variety of exhibition-exclusive merchandise will be on sale, and original local stickers (Matsumoto venue edition) are available as purchase bonuses (available while supplies last).
