Held at Sunayama Park, about a 5-minute walk south from JR Hamamatsu Station, the "7th Hamamatsu Station South Slow Town Festival" is a summer festival in the station-south district featuring a variety of events such as Bon Odori dancing, a yukata fashion show, and booths gathering 33 local shops. Marking its 7th edition this year, the event brings together unique vendors, offering encounters with delicious food and wonderful shops, as well as warm moments unique to the Hamamatsu Station south area. Traffic restrictions will be in effect around the venue starting at 14:00. It is a festival where you can fully enjoy the local vibrancy and summer atmosphere from dusk into the night.
