The "27th Yoshiwara-shuku Post Town Festival," held at Yoshiwara Shopping Street in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is an event where visitors can spend a leisurely autumn day. Honcho-dori Street will become a pedestrian zone, featuring a variety of programs from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In the history exhibition and hands-on corner, Mount Fuji Kaguya-hime Museum and the Matsuno History Karuta Club will participate, offering content enjoyable for both children and adults. In the stage area, dance performances by kindergarteners and karate demonstrations will be showcased, while at the mini-fair (ennichi), visitors can enjoy coloring, ring toss, paper airplanes, and more. Historical noticeboards, street performances, chindon-ya (traditional musical advertising troupes), and Yoshiwara Gion Bayashi music stages are also scheduled. A mini riding train for children and a lucky receipt lottery will also be held. For food and drinks, in addition to specialty item sales, hands-on experiences, and dining at Yoshiwara Rakuichi, the "Cho-san Alley Delicious Fried Chicken Tasting Comparison! Karaage Yokocho" will make an appearance. Furthermore, a nursing care consultation corner and the Wan Wan Big Circus can also be enjoyed. At the opening ceremony, a candy toss limited to children will take place, along with a calligraphy performance and a sake festival. Packed with numerous programs, it will be a day to fully enjoy Yoshiwara Shopping Street in autumn.
