The "Build a Growing Body! Food Education x Sports Class" will be held at "Sawayaka Arena Fukuroi City General Gymnasium" in Fukuroi City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Organized by "JA Enshu Chuo," this event allows participants to enjoyably learn about the connection between food and sports under the theme of "Food Education x Sports." Targeted at 1st and 2nd grade elementary school children and their guardians, it consists of a two-part program featuring a soccer class and a food education lecture. In the food education lecture, programs include "Hydration and the Power of Lemons" by Pokka Sapporo Food & Beverage Ltd., "Recovery Rice Balls After Exercise from a Sports Nutritionist" by Kyorindo Co., Ltd., and a "Produce Quiz & Rice Producer Video" by JA Enshu Chuo. Participants will receive "recovery rice balls" made with locally harvested rice within the jurisdiction and novelty goods from supporting companies as participation prizes. It is a valuable opportunity to practically learn the importance of hydration and meals during exercise while enjoying soccer. Advance registration is required, with a capacity of 100 participants.
