About this event
Held at Ogoto Onsen Tourism Park in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, "Ogoto Onsen Night Illumination" is a limited-time event featuring magical lights, video projections, and a limited night cafe. At the venue, a projection mapping show coloring the footbath with mystical lights and imagery will be screened every night. Furthermore, a 3-day limited night cafe hosted by Omi Beer (October 11, 12, and 17) will serve craft beer, non-alcoholic drinks, fried chicken, and more. Traditional festival stalls such as nostalgic yo-yo fishing and target shooting will also line the venue, allowing visitors to spend a special night while dropping by before or after staying or taking a day-trip bath in the hot spring town. A "Night Illumination Lighting Ceremony" will be held each day at 17:00, with special perks for participants.
