Gather Around! Takaishi 60 Festival

About this event

Commemorating the 60th anniversary of Takaishi's municipal status, this hands-on, community-exchange event is planned and run primarily by high school students. In front of Takaishi Station, the folk song club of Hagoromo Gakuen High School will perform live, alongside presentations by the science club. The event will also feature the debut performance of the "Takaishi Calisthenics" and a large bingo tournament for all participants. Additionally, festive fair stalls will offer ring toss, milk senbei crackers, cotton candy, frankfurters, and colorful drinks, providing plenty of fun activities for visitors. This event is held concurrently with the "Takaishi Citizen Art Festival" and "Takaishi Tennyon Mystery Tour," offering a full day to experience the charm of Takaishi City.
