Held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the enforcement of Takaishi's city organization, 'TAKAISHI Kenshin JAM' holds specific health checkups and health promotion events simultaneously. On the same day, culinary researcher Ryuji's lecture 'Ryuji-style "The Supreme Lecture"' will also be held. Ryuji gained immense popularity through his YouTube channel 'Buzz Recipe' and boasts over 10 million total SNS followers. In this lecture, themed 'What Cooking Taught Me', he will speak with plenty of humor about life wisdom and experiences gained through cooking. From setbacks during his days as an office worker to discovering cooking and finding a way of life true to himself, he delivers a time full of laughter and insights. At Kenshin JAM, bone density measurements, body composition analysis, health consultations with registered dietitians, dietary assessments by Hagoromo International University's Department of Food and Nutrition, and registration/gift exchanges for the health app 'kencom' will also be conducted.
