2026 Tahara Regional Revitalization & Vibrancy Event: Tawara Marche

About this event

"Tawara Marche" will be held in the Tahara area of Shijonawate City to promote regional revitalization and create local vibrancy. A diverse range of food and drink booths will be set up on the day, featuring dagashi (retro sweets), canneles, curry, bento boxes, bread, yakitori, locally grown vegetables, and coffee to satisfy visitors' appetites. In addition to retail booths selling macrame straps, bead accessories, and handicrafts, attendees can enjoy experiential workshops such as head and shoulder massages, kids' makeup, handprint and footprint art, and finger art. A free take-home corner for secondhand books and the "TCC (Tawara Connect Cart)" local information booth will also be present, providing opportunities to deepen connections among local residents. In the event of rain, the market will be moved to Green Hall Tahara. Please refrain from street parking on surrounding roads or parking at nearby stores and facilities.
