Himeji Summer Festival 2026

About this event

Himeji Summer Festival 2026 will be held at Otemae Park at the foot of Himeji Castle. This festival reviving at the end of summer will be lively with various festivities over two days. On September 5, guest live performances by HIPPY and Tani Yuuki, as well as a joint concert by city junior high school wind orchestra teams, will take place. On the following day, September 6, in addition to a live performance by Kenji, the Shirasagi Music Audition 2026 and the Grand Raffle! Super Lucky Card Tournament will be held. During the event, 150 stalls will open as the "Himeji Summer Festival Grand Fair", offering plenty of delicious local food and nostalgic festival fair corners. In addition, an exhibition featuring a gathering of working vehicles for children and adults to enjoy, a traditional haunted house, and hands-on handmade workshops will also appear. It is a summer festival packed with highlights that families can enjoy all day long.
