Heguri War Exhibition for Peace

About this event

In Heguri Town, the 'Heguri War Exhibition for Peace' will be held as a peace awareness project aiming to realize a peaceful world free of war and nuclear weapons. Anyone is welcome to participate freely and free of charge. At this exhibition, a commemorative lecture by Katsuhiko Akiyama titled 'The Atomic Bomb Smells Like Burning Broad Beans' will be held on Saturday, August 22 from 1:00 PM. In addition, storytelling sessions for peace, movie screenings, and displays of war artifacts are also scheduled, providing an opportunity to deeply reflect on peace.
