JSDF Central Air Band Concert with Disaster Prevention Event

About this event

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the merger of Tawaramoto Town, a concert by the Japan Self-Defense Forces Central Air Band will be held at Aogaki Lifelong Learning Center Yayoi no Sato Hall. A disaster prevention awareness event will also be held concurrently at the same venue. The concert is free admission, but a ticket is required. The first concert is open to anyone and designed so that families with small children can enjoy it. The second concert is for elementary school students and older, featuring a joint performance with a local junior high school brass band club. Anyone can participate in the disaster prevention awareness event. Tickets can be applied for via TEKET starting from 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026 (Reiwa 8), on a first-come, first-served basis. Because parking is limited, carpooling or the use of public transportation is recommended. Acts that disturb the performance, entering or leaving during the performance, photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited, although photography is permitted for some select songs.
