About this event
Commemorating the 70th anniversary of the incorporation of Arida City, the citizen musical "Tokijiku no Kagu no Konomi: The Legend of Arida Mikan" tells the story of the history of Arida mikan, guided by the legendary fruit "Tokijiku no Kagu no Konomi" (the fragrant fruit out of season) which appears in the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki. Expressing the region's charm and culture through stage arts, the production is recruiting male and female performers from 3rd grade elementary school to 3rd grade junior high school. Auditions cover singing and dancing, with no prior experience required. With supervision and participation from Lyra Creative Arts High School, an authentic stage production will be created. This performance offers a valuable experience in collaborating with peers through rehearsals to bring a theatrical work to life.
