The Switch On Minatomachi Fes will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the special event square and pedestrian zone in 2 Shinkomachi, Beppu City. On the day, there will be a 'Working Vehicles Are Coming!' project, as well as free distributions of succulent plants (from 11:30, first 50 people) and loaves of bread (from 13:30, first 50 people). In addition, a rock-paper-scissors tournament with luxurious prizes will be held, with prizes prepared including Nintendo Switch 2 and 10,000 yen meal vouchers. The event opens at 10:00, and visitors can enjoy stage performances such as Shoen Kodomo Taiko and Yanmo Sounds in Brass. The finale is scheduled for 16:00.
