From Friday, September 4 to Sunday, September 6, 2026, Hirosaki Castle Festival will be held at Hirosaki Park (Civic Square and Civic Hall). Designed to mark the end of summer, this large-scale festival is scheduled to feature world-class dance battles and powerful live music performances. In addition, there will be workshops, stage performances by local artists, and presentations of traditional culture such as Tsugaru Shamisen. The venue will host numerous kitchen cars and food stalls, allowing visitors to enjoy gourmet food. Having bustled with many visitors last year as well, this festival offers an experience befitting the conclusion of summer that brings together dance, music, and food.
