The 14th Fujisaki Autumn Festival will be held over two days on Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15, 2026, in Fujisaki Town, Aomori Prefecture. The venues include Sports Plaza Fujisaki and others, running from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on both days. This festival celebrates the harvest of Fujisaki Town's specialties, apples and rice, and is packed with highlights. On the first day, Saturday the 14th, free distribution of a 'Jumbo Apple Pie' made with apples from Fujisaki Town will take place, with numbered tickets distributed to the first 650 people. Visitors can also enjoy attractions full of local charm, such as presentations by kindergarteners, performances by a junior high school brass band, and an appearance by comedian Eizo Sakogawa. On Sunday the 15th, making of the festival's centerpiece 'Jumbo Onigiri' (rice ball) will take place, with free distribution of onigiri packs made with Aomori-grown 'Harewatari' rice also planned. On the music stage, Riceball will hold a mini live concert from 11:00 AM, and Alps Otome from 2:00 PM. Additionally, there are plenty of programs for children and adults alike, including local performing arts presentations and gifts of illustrated apples. The Shopping Plaza inside the venue brings together Fujisaki Town's specialty apples, fresh agricultural products, and delicious food, with a raffle held for those who shop. Children's plazas, industry booths, health booths, and cultural work exhibits are also provided, making it two days to enjoy autumn flavors and bustling excitement while connecting with Fujisaki Town's food, agriculture, and local culture.
