'Art to You! World Para Art Exhibition IN SENDAI 2026' is an international art exhibition aimed at promoting and popularizing art by people with disabilities. A wide variety of artworks including paintings, sculptures, and handicrafts created by individuals facing various social and physical challenges from all over the world are openly submitted, and selected winning works are exhibited. Held for four days from August 20 to August 23, 2026 at Sendai Mediatheque, admission is free. This exhibition offers a precious opportunity to experience free expression where each individual's sensitivity shines, and to encounter people through art beyond countries and languages. Bringing together works diverse in both expressive methods and cultural backgrounds—such as paintings, 3D sculptures, digital art, and textiles—visitors can engage with powerful worldviews, unique perspectives, and stories that could only be born from each artist. Additionally, special lectures, invited artist exhibitions, and exchange artwork exhibits will be held, providing an opportunity to learn about developmental disabilities and reflect on a society where diverse people live together through interactions with domestic and international artists.
