The '38th Aoba Ward Citizens Festival' will be held to celebrate autumn together with local residents. The event slogan is 'Connecting and Expanding the Community Circle.' A rich variety of programs are planned, including stage performances such as music and dance, food and drink booths, kitchen cars (food trucks), a mini steam locomotive, and hands-on activity corners for children. The festival will take place across Kotodai Park Iseroi no Hiroba (temporary plaza and outdoor music hall), Ichibancho 4-chome Shopping Street, Vlandome Ichibancho Shopping Street, Sunmall Ichibancho Shopping Street, and Marble Road Omachi Shopping Street, bringing lively energy to the local district.
