Held at the plaza in front of the Tochigi Dashi Kaikan (Float Museum) in Tochigi City, 'Summer Water Gun Operation' is a summer event where children can play enthusiastically with water guns. The event is divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon, and participants need to bring items such as a water bottle, towel, hat, and a change of clothes. It is hosted by the Shibaura Institute of Technology Vacant House Renovation Project Tochigi Design Studio, with cooperation from the Tochigi City Shopping Street Federation. Children can enjoy a fun water play experience that blows away the summer heat.
