About this event

The "Cotton and Magic Halloween Marche" will be held, bringing together city events that had been held separately until last year, packed with many new initiatives. This year, 6 events—"Kubo Residence Halloween", "Cotton Festa", "Moka Mini Don Festival", "Halloween Market", "Fun Raffle", and "Tamachi Monzen Halloween Festival 2025"—will be held all together, allowing you to fully enjoy walking around Moka City. At the Moka Cotton Festa, you can experience weaving and dyeing at Moka Cotton Hall and Kinreiso, and at Okabe Memorial Hall Kinreiso, you can experience the historical and cultural heritage of Moka City's past 100 years of the early modern period. At Kubo Memorial Tourist and Cultural Exchange Center, you can tour a new tourism and culture hub facility renovated from Meiji and Taisho era storehouses and Western-style buildings. The Moka Mini Don Festival will be held at the Machiaruki Parking Lot, and the Fun Raffle will take place at the west parking lot of Ashikaga Bank Moka Branch. The Halloween Market will be at Monzen Nigiwai Square, and the Tamachi Monzen Halloween Festival 2025 will be held at Moka Sakura Kindergarten Parking Lot.
