Shibukawa Station-front Street Pedestrian Zone 'Shibuhoko' Halloween will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2026 (Reiwa 8). From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the section from Shibukawa Station North Intersection to just before the Hirasawa River will become a pedestrian zone, where you can enjoy food and drink and miscellaneous goods sales, hands-on booths, stage events, and more. It will proceed in light rain, but will be cancelled in case of severe weather. Please note that traffic regulations will also be in effect on the day. This event aims to create regional vitality and bring many people together. It will be an opportunity to experience various events while enjoying the Halloween atmosphere.
