In particular, openings for baked goods and bakeries can also be consulted. Booth fees for product sales and workshops are free, while gourmet/food vendors pay 10% of their sales as a booth fee. In preparation for the day of the event, vendors are requested to cooperate in attracting visitors and promoting the event using social media, flyers, etc. Organized by the General Incorporated Association SEM, with planned support from Saitama Prefecture, Sayama City, and the Sayama City Board of Education.
