About this event
The Reiwa 8 Iruma Air Show will be held on November 3, 2026, at the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) Iruma Air Base in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture. At this event, various ground displays of aircraft will take place alongside flight demonstrations, including Blue Impulse. Inside the base, which is usually off-limits, visitors can see airplanes, JSDF and US military helicopters, fighter jets, and more up close. There may also be an opportunity to experience entering an aircraft cockpit, making it a valuable opportunity for aviation fans. Participation is free and no reservation is required. The venue is easily accessible, located about a 5-minute walk from Inariyama-koen Station; however, since there is no official parking, using public transportation is recommended. Strollers are permitted, but caution is advised as there are unpaved areas.
