Autumn Steam Locomotive Light-Up

About this event

Autumn Steam Locomotive Light-Up will be held at the Koganei Park Steam Locomotive Exhibition Center. This authentic steam locomotive lighting event allows visitors to enjoy a magical world of light and smoke featuring lit headlights and simulated smoke releases. Furthermore, the interior lights of the passenger cars will be switched on, evoking a nostalgic sense of travel as the illuminated train cars glow in the dark. This year, a headmark commemorating the 80th anniversary of the steam locomotive's manufacture will be displayed, unveiling a design chosen by popular vote. Admission is free.
