About this event

"Yokosuka Umikaze Carnival 2026 in Umikaze Park", aimed at providing opportunities to enjoy marine sports and raising awareness of ocean manners and safety, celebrates its 30th edition this year. On the day, marine activities such as BIGSUP and kids boats, the release of juvenile fish, and bumper boat rides will be conducted. As special guests, Madoka Saito (OCHA NORMA), Saya Eguchi (BEYOOOOONDS), and Marin Fukuda (Tsubaki Factory) from Hello! Project will enliven the event. Furthermore, a stamp rally with luxurious prizes will be held, offering chances to win round-trip pair tickets for the Tokyo Kyushu Ferry celebrating its 5th anniversary of operation, invitation tickets to the Yokosuka Museum of Art reopening on September 5, and more. A water safety class will also be held, which participants must attend before taking part in marine activities. The event may be canceled in the event of a Special Heatstroke Alert or high waves.
