Iwamurock Festival 2026

About this event

Set in Niigata's Iwamuro Onsen, which boasts over 300 years of history, "Iwamurock FESTIVAL" returns this year as a creative stage for young artists. Founded in 2012 by local citizen volunteers, this festival has grown around the theme of "connecting people, communities, and culture through music," welcoming a total of 7,000 visitors last year. Known as the "Festival of Hope," it offers a special time to share reunions and encouragement alongside music. More than 20 food trucks, craft stalls, and local collaboration gourmet stands will join to enliven this two-day outdoor festival led by talented artists. Visitors can also enjoy booths from popular creators, pop-up stalls from notable eateries, and innovative corporate exhibits.
