Gozen-sama Festival: Shirabyoshi Dance

This traditional event originates from the story of Hotoke Gozen, who was renowned in Kyoto during the Heian period as a master dancer and favored by Taira no Kiyomori. In Haramachi, Komatsu City, where the grave and former residence site of Hotoke Gozen still remain, a dance evoking history and culture will be performed. This event serves as a valuable opportunity to pass down her legend in a location closely tied to Hotoke Gozen.
