About this event
"MASUNAGA FEST 2026," hosted by Masunaga Optical Mfg. Co., Ltd., will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Happiterrace in central Fukui City. The event will feature booths where visitors can experience Masunaga Optical's craftsmanship and corporate culture, as well as 4 food trucks perfect for summer offering a variety of gourmet foods. A quiz event will also take place at the venue, offering chances to win luxurious prizes by finding answers hidden in the exhibition panels. In addition, a Japanese taiko drum performance by the Fukui Blowinds will be held from 12:00 to 12:30 to energize the venue. Special perks will be available for visitors wearing glasses, and a talk show by Fukui Blowinds players is scheduled from 13:30 to 14:30 featuring player #1 Yoshiaki Fujinaga and player #93 Ikumi Takahashi (changed from player #12 Yo Nishino). Event-exclusive "MASUNAGA FEST 2026" special collaboration tenugui-style eyeglass cleaning cloths will also be given as gifts to "Lucky Megane-san" (first 100 people) and quiz participants.
