CommuLab Collab: Weather Fair 2026

About this event

"CommuLab Collab: Weather Fair 2026," held at the Fukui Prefectural Science Museum for Children, is an event where visitors can enjoy learning about the wonders of weather and earthquakes through experiments. From children to adults, toddlers and elementary school students can participate when accompanied by a guardian. Held at the Communication Lab, it will take place in two sessions, morning and afternoon. Registration will be accepted on the day on a rolling basis at each experience booth during the operating hours. Capacity restrictions may be put in place during crowded times. The event may be cancelled depending on conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain. This event is organized with the cooperation of the Fukui Local Meteorological Observatory and the Japan Meteorological Forecasters Association Hokuriku Branch, with support from the Japan Weather Association.
