Held in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, the "Nakano Ebisu-ko" is a festival that revitalizes local commerce and industry. On the afternoon of the first day, the "100-Person Ebisu Grand Parade" marches through the city center, buzzing with many spectators. In the evening, a grand fireworks display launched into the clear autumn sky marks the festival's finale. In addition, various events such as specialty goods sales, rolling chair races, Tyrannosaurus races, and all-you-can-pack agricultural produce challenges are held across the downtown area, making it an event that the whole family can enjoy.
