Shinshu Takayama Autumn Leaves Trekking 2026: Kaminaritaki & Ancient Road Course

Held as part of 'Shinshu Takayama Autumn Leaves Trekking 2026' organized by the Shinshu Takayama Village Tourism Association, the 'Kaminaritaki & Ancient Road Course' is a trekking event where participants walk through beautiful autumn foliage. This course covers approximately 6.5 kilometers: departing from YOU-Yu Land, traveling by minibus to Shichimi Onsen, and heading toward Kaminaritaki Waterfall via the Yama-no-Oto Promenade. Experience the powerful Kaminaritaki Waterfall up close, then walk along the ancient road to reach Yamada Onsen Spa-in, before finally returning to YOU-Yu Land by minibus. The participation fee is 2,000 yen per person, and participants must bring their own drinks, lunch, and rain gear. You can participate with light mountain climbing gear. The meeting location is Takayama Village YOU-Yu Land, with minibus pickups also available from Suzaka Station and Yamada Onsen. The meeting time is 8:30 AM, departing at 9:00 AM, and scheduled to disband around 3:00 PM. Capacity is 20 people, and registration is required by noon the day before (or once capacity is reached).
