About this event
A jazz festival organized and handcrafted by citizen volunteers, held along the shores of Lake Biwa and throughout the streets of Otsu. Starting in 2009, this year marks its 18th edition. Performances will unfold over two days across multiple venues, including the outdoor stage at the main venue, Otsu Lakeside Nagisa Park Omatsuri Plaza, as well as Sky Plaza Hamaotsu and the Biwako Hotel. Its main appeal lies in enjoying a stroll around the city while visiting the various venues. Admission is free. On October 3, the literary event "Koto no Ha Marche" will also be held concurrently at Nagisa Park. Crowdfunding is also being conducted to support the continuation of the music festival.
