Higashisakado Marche Halloween Costume Contest

A Halloween-themed costume contest will be held at the 'Higashisakado Marche' taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Entry applications have been open since August, limited to the first 30 participants, and participation is free of charge. Both individuals and groups are welcome to enter, and participants will receive discount coupons usable at the marche's popular handmade artisan booths and kitchen cars as a gift. Applications are accepted via DM to 'Higashisakado Marche Reborn' on Instagram. On the day of the contest, participants will gather and check in by 11:00, followed by a costume presentation on stage starting around 11:20, after which they can freely enjoy the venue. Rankings will be decided by visitor sticker voting with 'Likes!', and the results announcement and award ceremony will take place at 14:00. The marche itself also offers handmade craft sales, kitchen cars, stage events, and more, providing plenty of fun for both children and adults.
