The 'Tourism x Industry Exchange EXPO 2026' for business operators, organized by Taito City, will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026. The venue is Conference Room 1001 on the 10th floor of the Taito City Office, with free entry and exit from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. In the previous event, 80 businesses and 130 people participated, bringing together a diverse range of business operators related to tourism and industry, such as hotels, department stores, travel agencies, manufacturing, and retail. There were also reports of business deals closed as a result of exchanging business cards, offering expectations for leading to concrete consultations and negotiations. The venue is divided into three areas: the 'Seminar Area,' 'Exhibition Area,' and 'Consultation Area.' In the Seminar Area, multiple seminars on tourism and inbound trends in Taito City are scheduled to be held. In the Exhibition Area, space is provided to promote company products, and starting this year, a space where food and drink sampling is possible has been added (conditions apply for serving food). In the Consultation Area, participants can consult directly with representatives from Taito City, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Society, and other organizations regarding subsidies and support menus. Participation is free. Registration deadlines are Thursday, August 20 for attendance only, and Monday, August 10 for those wishing to exhibit; exhibitors should take note of the early deadline.
