During the event period, 19 participating partner shops in town will offer a variety of flavors, such as pizzas and desserts using 'Bramley', a cooking green apple grown in Obuse Town. Bramley is a variety born in the UK in 1808 and known as the king of cooking apples. Featuring a refreshing tartness and the characteristic of melting easily when cooked, it is suitable for a wide range of dishes including meat dishes, pies, crumbles, baked apples, and sauces. In this fair, various menus will appear where you can thoroughly enjoy the appeal of such Bramley apples.
